Who should attend SquadUp 2026?

SquadUp is for our SubTo, Gator, TTTC, and Astro community members only.

Can I buy more than one ticket?

Absolutely…if the ticket’s for someone who’s already part of the SubTo, Gator, TTTC, or Astro community. We’re operating on the honor system, so thank you for keeping this within our community. But everyone has to be purchased individually with their own email.

Can I get a refund if I can’t go anymore?
Sure can! If you purchase a ticket to SquadUp Summit 2026, we offer a 72-hour no questions asked refund policy. Unfortunately, if it’s past that 3-day window we won’t be able to complete a refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, but the payment exchange must be handled between you and the other party and must occur by or before March 4th, 2026.
When and where is the event?

We’re heading to Aurora, Colorado this year! The official dates for SquadUp Summit 2026 are March 11-14th! But make sure not to fly out until the 15th so you don’t miss anything amazing 😉.

Can I upgrade my GA ticket later?
Why not 😉 When you purchase a GA ticket we’ll send you a confirmation email. In that email there will ALSO be a nifty little link to upgrade your ticket, you know…just in case the urge should strike you in the middle of the night or whatever.
Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Teeeeeeeccccchhhhhnincallllly yes – if there are any left. But if you really want to come, I wouldn’t take that chance. With the speakers, networking, and community building, this bad boy’s gonna sell out real quick.
Can I choose my meals if I get VIP? What if I have dietary restrictions

You won’t be able to choose your meals with the VIP option…BUT….deep breath…we promise to choose only obnoxiously delicious entrees and snacks! Dietary restrictions? No worries we’ve got you covered.

Will the speakers be recorded?
They shall! But a digital replay will ONLY be available for VIP tickets.
Can I watch this event virtually?
No can do, amigo. While we WILL be recording the event for our VIP ticket holders, there WON’T be any live streaming of SquadUp 2026.
Can I see the speakers list/ event itinerary?
Full disclosure: we haven’t finalized it yet! But also…even if we did, we’re keeping it under wraps until we’re all there together! That said, last year we brought on David Goggins, Codie Sanchez AND Dean Graziosi. We set the bar ridiculously high for ourselves, and well…we have no intention of disappointing you this year.
What hotel / airport should I book?

We’ll be staying @ Garylord Rockies. And since the event is in Aurora…. Denver is the best airport to fly into!

Are children allowed at SquadUp 2026?
You love your kids. Heck! WE love your kids…but this time around, maybe leave ’em at home.
What is the dress code for the event?

We can’t make you wear anything but…we can heavily IMPLY (wink wink) that one of the main focuses of this event is networking. So, ya know, maybe don’t bring the PJ’s to the ballroom? We’re gonna show up in biz casual, but you do you. Oh! Also – Colorado is going to be COLD in March aka … Snow, possibly?

What do I need to bring to get into the event?

A dowry of twelve chickens, a goat with one lazy eye, and a written pledge of fealty…just kidding. All we actually need is an ID, your ticket, and you 🙂
